This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 9700x platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Accepting These Terms Is Legally Binding
By accessing, registering for, or using the 9700x platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use 9700x services.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and the operators of the 9700x platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as full acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.
This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the applicable laws of your location.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9700x platform. Multiple registrations using the same or different information are strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number.
9700x reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through an identity verification (KYC) process. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party who has gained access to your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 9700x support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Do not share your account with any other person or allow others to access your account
- Not to use automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Do not attempt to manipulate any game, system, or transaction through technical means or fraud
- Not to make any false claims or provide inaccurate verification information
- To comply with all game rules, bonus terms, and transaction policies set by the platform
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 9700x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to the user themselves. 9700x does not accept deposits or withdrawals made through third-party accounts.
Accepted Payment Methods
The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX internet banking, and direct bank transfers for major Malaysian banks. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are subject to a review and approval process before funds are released. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between 24 to 72 business hours. 9700x reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals if there is any suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or outstanding verification requirements. All winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Accounts involved will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted, and any existing balance may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

9700x provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system failures, or game outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 9700x's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the liability claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software code, and other platform elements found on 9700x are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 9700x platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. 9700x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
9700x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Attempted fraud, game manipulation, or system hacking
- Use of a false identity or inaccurate verification information
- Activities that may violate Malaysian law or applicable international law
- Account usage by individuals under 18 years of age
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the breach. Users who believe their account was closed in error may contact the 9700x support team to submit an appeal through the available channels.
Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, provided that all outstanding obligations or applicable wagering conditions have been settled.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
9700x reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or these terms will be resolved through processes established by the operator, and users agree to abide by the decisions issued through those processes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from the rest of these terms. The remaining terms will continue in full force and effect. 9700x's failure to enforce any right or provision in this document shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
